An Integrated Approach to Project Leadership and Support

Unlike other industrial contractors, we have both prime contracting experience and self-perform expertise in key trades for mechanical infrastructure projects. We deliver trained self-perform forces that minimize risk and maximize safe performance. We also have long-standing relationships with specialty trade partners that allow us to deliver all critical scopes and maintain optimum workflows and sequence of work.

Leveraging Opportunities for Alternative Delivery

Choosing the right delivery method for the work can make all the difference. Projects with a standardized and repeatable structure benefit from the cost effectiveness of traditional delivery. Projects with a high degree of probably change are good candidates for alternative delivery—the riskier the work, the greater the value of alternative delivery that brings the contractor on board early. With experience in traditional delivery as well as design-build, construction manager at risk (CM@R) and general contractor/construction management (GC/CM) delivery, we can help our clients determine which method supports specific projects with timely decision making, risk mitigation, constructability reviews, pricing studies, and early procurement.

Fabrication: Reliable Pricing and Highest Quality Products

Our 26,000-square-foot fabrication shop is a lean, efficient, and modern shop featuring highly advanced fabrication equipment and skilled industry professionals with capacity to take on high-precision piping assemblies and fabrication. We create budget and schedule confidence based on a deep understanding of cost and production impacts gained through self-perform experience. We streamline installation through kitting and carting strategies tailored to our customers’ needs. And with an emphasis on continuous process improvement, we support the full lifecycle of planning and delivery from the fab shop to the field.

‍Committed to Environmental Stewardship

We make every effort to minimize our effect on the environment. We continually assess our impact and apply our lessons learned to each new project. We meet EPA and DEQ standards for every project and comply with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) inspections when required. Beyond simple compliance, we creatively recycle and/or resell project debris, often saving clients money rather than spending it!
