We are providing process piping and major equipment installation for this vita-gummy manufacturing plant expansion in Vancouver, WA.

Our scope includes chilled water, steam, CHW, compressed air, natural gas, domestic water, plumbing, and process waste piping; approximately 25,000 linear feet of 2-inch up to 10-inch pipe. Our work also includes installation of owner-supplied equipment and connection to process piping and plumbing systems.

To maximize efficiency and minimize onsite laydown, we are fabricating pipe spools in our fab shop and kitting and carting for just-in-time delivery and installation. Throughout the bid process and continuing through preconstruction, we have been using our BIM process to identify omitted quantities, aid in completing system design, perform clash detection, and optimize pipe system routing.

As of March 2024, we have installed the large silos on site and are currently detailing pipe runs to start fabrication in Spring 2024.
