85-105 Condensate Recovery

This project replaced the existing low-pressure condensate return system piping, valves, solenoids, flow reducers, low-point drains, flow sensors, insulation, and low-voltage monitoring equipment.

This system was replaced with a redesigned layout to improve maintenance access and the recovery pump skid relocated for better access. This system was replaced per ASME B31.1 standards, and work was scheduled in phases during various shut-downs to minimize impact to manufacturing operations in the plating shop.
